This course provides a comprehensive overview of investment management in the multifamily real estate sector. Students will learn key principles of evaluating, acquiring, financing, and managing apartment properties to maximize returns. Topics include market analysis, risk assessment, asset valuation, property management, and portfolio optimization. Through case studies and real-world applications, participants will develop the skills needed to make informed investment decisions and successfully manage apartment investments.
