This course offers a detailed exploration into the methodologies and instruments employed to measure asset performance. Participants will gain insights into various performance metrics and how to apply them to optimize the efficiency and profitability of their assets.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the fundamental concepts of asset performance measurement
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) essential for asset management
  • Learn to utilize tools and technologies for monitoring and assessing asset performance
  • Develop strategies for improving asset reliability, availability, and maintainability

To obtain the CAPS credential, candidates must complete the following within 6 months of declaring candidacy:

  • Minimum of 24 months of experience as a multi-site supervisor OR 24 months of experience as an apartment manager plus CAM
  • Successful completion of all CAPS courses (totaling 10 hours)
  • Meet all examination standards

Note: This is an individual course module for the CAPS credential. See CAPS Online for certification requirements. The 6-month credential candidacy period begins on the purchase date of a student's first CAPS module. Once all five CAPS modules are successfully completed, students should send their Visto transcripts to [email protected].
