This course offers a detailed exploration into the methodologies and instruments employed to measure asset performance. Participants will gain insights into various performance metrics and how to apply them to optimize the efficiency and profitability of their assets.

To obtain the CAPS credential, candidates must complete the following within 6 months of declaring candidacy:
- Minimum of 24 months of experience as a multi-site supervisor OR 24 months of experience as an apartment manager plus CAM
- Successful completion of all CAPS courses (totaling 10 hours)
- Meet all examination standards

The 6-month credential candidacy period begins on the purchase date of a student's first CAPS module. Once all five CAPS modules are successfully completed, students should send their Visto transcripts to [email protected].
